1. What PlayBonusGuide is

PlayBonusGuide is an informational service. We research, check and explain betting and casino promotions offered by third-party operators, and we publish editorial ratings of those offers. By using this site you accept these terms.

2. What PlayBonusGuide is not

• We are not a gambling operator. We do not take bets, hold customer funds, run games or process transactions of any kind.
• Nothing on this site is gambling advice, financial advice or a recommendation to bet. Content — including the Bonus Value Score — is editorial information, not a prediction of outcomes or a promise of value.
• We do not guarantee winnings. Betting involves real risk of loss, and no bonus or score changes that.

3. Operator terms always govern

Every offer listed on this site belongs to a third-party operator. When you register, deposit or claim a promotion, you enter a contract with that operator under their terms and conditions — not with us. Offers can change, be paused or be withdrawn at any time, and operators may apply terms differently in individual cases. The operator's own terms and promotions page always take precedence over anything published here. Read them before you deposit.

4. Accuracy — and its limits

We check every offer before listing it, show a last-checked date on each card, and recheck listings on a rolling basis. Even so, we cannot guarantee that information remains accurate between checks, and we accept no liability for changes, errors or decisions made by operators — including rejected codes, amended wagering terms, closed promotions or account actions taken by an operator. Do not misuse this site: no scraping at volume, no attempting to disrupt the service, and no using our content to deceive others about the offers we cover.
